Event:
Inclusive Travel and Transport
Topic:
Are you involved in the travel and transport or related industries? Are you interested in the way the industry is responding to the ever-growing need for inclusive products and customer experiences?
- How are customer service expectations changing?
- How is new tech being leveraged?
- What is being done to improve services for everybody?
- What still needs to be done?
A stimulating evening of discussion with speakers from National Rail, Uber, Virgin Atlantic and Transport for London. We learned about innovative ways they are making travel more inclusive and what still needs to be done to provide travel experiences for the widest range of passengers.
We also heard from disabled travellers themselves (with impairments ranging from mobility, vision loss, hearing loss, and learning differences), who shared their stories and experiences about what does and does not work for them.
