Pan-disability survey, usability testing, design guideline creation, groups.

Outcome:

Channel 4 learned a lot about immersive audience expectations and experiences supporting their immersive investment strategy. Led to a 3-year project funded by EPSRC with Brunel and Cambridge Universities. Through further user/designer research, this will build a toolkit for immersive designers, making inclusive needs easier to understand and incorporate.
