Client: Barclays

A major bank (Barclays) … wanted to involve disabled people in trying out identity verification systems in order to better understand the issues they may face when accessing their bank account. They asked us to set up and facilitate user testing by people with impairment related access needs. User testers included people with manual dexterity issues, sight loss, deafness, learning disabilities, cognitive loss and speech impairments.

The client was present throughout the user testing which was filmed in order to provide ongoing insights to members of the identification and verification design team.
